試験データ分析から見えた“学習している人”の特徴
全国協会では、CBTで行っているビルクリーニング分野特定技能1号評価試験について、2025年3月～9月に実施された試験の解答受験データと受験者のアンケート結果をまとめ、分析を行いました。今回の分析では、のべ3,400名以上の受験結果をもとに、学習状況とそれが与える合否の影響などを確認しました。
●36の国と地域の受験者で占められています。
●最も多い国がインドネシア、続いてミャンマー、ベトナム、中国、ネパールと続いています。この5か国で全体の88.6%を占めています。

その中で特に注目されたのが、「マンガテキストを読んで学習した受験者ほど、合格率が高い」という結果です。
テキストを読んだ人は合格率が高い傾向に
分析結果によると、マンガテキストを「読んだことがない」と回答した受験者の合格率は39.8％でした。これに対し、何らかの言語でテキストを読んで学習した受験者は、いずれも60％以上の合格率となっています。
特に、日本語版テキストを読んだ受験者は合格率68.6％、自国語版テキストを読んだ受験者も69.1％という結果となりました。 さらに、日本語版と自国語版の両方を読んだ受験者では、合格率が82.8％に達しています。自国語版テキストで清掃内容の理解を深め、日本語版テキストで専門用語などの日本語勉強をして合格に近づく、複数の言語を活用しながら学習している人ほど高い成果につながっている様子がうかがえます。
また、今回の分析では「事前にどのような準備をしていたか」という点にも注目しています。
その結果、マンガテキストを活用していた受験者は、平均点についても高い傾向が見られました。特に日本語版と自国語版の両方を読んだ受験者の平均点は73.4点となっており、全体平均（67.5点）を大きく上回っています。
「まずはテキストを読んでみる」という取り組みが、試験への理解や安心感につながっていることが、今回のデータからも読み取れます。
日本語学習も大切なポイント
また、日本語試験に合格している受験者ほど、特定技能評価試験の合格率が高い傾向も見られました。JLPT（N4）合格者の合格率は70.2％、JFT-Basic合格者も67.0％となっています。
評価試験では、専門知識だけでなく、日本語で内容を理解する力も大切になります。日頃から日本語に触れながら、テキスト学習を進めていくことが重要と言えそうです。

今回の分析から見えてきたのは、「特別な勉強法」よりも、まずは教材に触れ、継続して学習している人ほど結果につながっているということです。

Characteristics of “Students” Revealed from Exam Data Analysis
The National Association has compiled and analyzed the answer data and survey results from the Building Cleaning Specified Skills Level 1 Evaluation Exam, conducted via CBT (Computer-Based Testing), from March to September 2025. This analysis examined learning status and its impact on pass/fail status based on the results of over 3,400 test-takers.
● Test-takers came from 36 countries and regions.
● The most common country was Indonesia, followed by Myanmar, Vietnam, China, and Nepal. These five countries accounted for 88.6% of the total.
A particularly noteworthy finding was that “test-takers who studied using manga textbooks had a higher pass rate.”
Those who read the text tend to have a higher pass rate.
According to the analysis, the pass rate for test-takers who answered that they “have never read” the manga text was 39.8%. In contrast, all test-takers who studied by reading the text in some language had a pass rate of over 60%.
In particular, test-takers who read the Japanese version of the text had a pass rate of 68.6%, and those who read the native language version had a pass rate of 69.1%. Furthermore, test-takers who read both the Japanese and native language versions achieved a pass rate of 82.8%. This suggests that those who deepened their understanding of cleaning content with the native language version of the text and studied Japanese terminology with the Japanese version of the text, thus getting closer to passing, achieved higher results.
This analysis also focused on “what kind of preparation was done in advance.”
As a result, test-takers who utilized the manga text also tended to have higher average scores. In particular, the average score of test-takers who read both the Japanese and native language versions was 73.4 points, significantly higher than the overall average (67.5 points). The data suggests that the approach of “starting by reading the text” leads to a better understanding of the exam and a greater sense of confidence.
Japanese language learning is also a crucial point.
Furthermore, a tendency was observed for test-takers who had passed the Japanese language proficiency test to have a higher pass rate on the Specified Skills Assessment Test. The pass rate for JLPT (N4) pass-takers was 70.2%, and for JFT-Basic pass-takers it was 67.0%.
The assessment test requires not only specialized knowledge but also the ability to understand the content in Japanese. It seems important to engage with Japanese regularly while studying the text.

What this analysis reveals is that, rather than “special study methods,” those who first engage with the materials and continue studying consistently are more likely to achieve results.
