全国ビルメンテナンス協会はこのほど、ビルクリーニング分野特定技能1号評価試験（スリランカ試験）の受験案内を公開しました。
Japan Building Maintenance Association has released the exam guide for the Building cleaning Management skills evaluation test (Sri Lanka Exam)

スリランカ試験 概要　(Exam Overview)

・受付期間：2024年6月5日（水）10：00 ～ 6月12日（水）17：00（日本時間）
　　　（Examination Application Period ： From 10:00 5,June to 17:00 12,June 2024 (Japan time)）
・試験期間：2024年7月16日（火）～7月18日（木）
　　　（Date of implementation of the test ： From July 16 to 18, 2024）
・試験会場：Sri Lanka Foundation Institute (SLFI)
　　　（Place of implementation of the test ： Sri Lanka Foundation Institute (SLFI)）

ビルクリーニングとは？　(What is building cleaning?)

■概要 (Overview)

　ビルクリーニング分野特定技能１号評価試験とは、日本の在留資格「特定技能」におけるビルクリー ニング分野の要件として、ビルクリーニング業に関する技能・知識を確認するための試験です。 日本のビルクリーニング作業とは、多数の人が利用するオフィス、ショッピングセンター、ホテルなど の建物内部の汚れを取り除き、清潔さを維持する作業をいいます。具体的には、玄関ホール、通路、ト イレ、床、壁面等の清掃やホテルのベッドメイク作業等を行うもので、一般住宅の清掃を行うハウスクリ ーニングとは異なります。

　The Building cleaning Management skills evaluation test is conducted to confirm skills and knowledge of the Building cleaning Management field for the residence status “Specified Skilled Worker”. Building cleaning management in Japan is the duties of eliminating environmental pollutants present in the buildings, such as offices, shopping centers and hotels, used by a number of people to maintain the cleanliness of interior of buildings. To be more specific, it refers to cleaning places such as the entrance hall, the passage, the toilet, the floor and the bed making work at hotels. House cleaning work is not included in building cleaning work.

受験方法　(How to take the exam)

・受検手数料(Examination fee)：5,000 LKR
・受験資格 (Examination qualification)：17歳以上 (Over 17 years old)
・試験内容 (contents of the test)：
　　　①判断試験(Judgement test (Paper Test))
　　　②作業試験(practical test):床面の定期清掃作業、ガラス面の定期洗浄作業、洋式大便器の日常清掃作業
(Regular floor cleaning, Regular window glass cleaning,Daily western-style toilet bowlcleaning）
