Registration Fee of 21st Congress of WFBSC

	Standard Registration by March 4th(JST)
General Guest	JPY150,000
Accompanying Guest	JPY60,000

Note: The registration as Accompanying Guests is restricted to family members.

The registration fee for GENERAL GUESTS includes
  - the participation fee for all three days, a program book and a congress kit
  - lunches in between sessions (2 days), the Welcome Reception (April 4^th ) and the Reception (April 5^th )
  - Gala Dinner

The registration fee for ACOOMPANING GUESTS includes
  - lunches during the congress (2 days), the Welcome Reception (April 4^th ) and the Reception (April 5^th )
  - Gala Dinner
  - the participation fee for the Accompanying Guest's Program


All payments must be in Japanese yen and the transfer fee must be paid by participants. The registration fees are not refundable under any circumstances. In case of a cancellation of the entire event, there will be a full refund of the registration fee.

We offer a special room rate for the 21^st Congress of WFBSC.
We offer rooms for the period of 2^nd to 8^th April, 2016.
We strongly recommend you to make a reservation as long as the number of rooms is limited.
Those who wish to make a reservation must be done it by 25^th February, 2016.
